About the role:
We are looking for an experienced administrator who has worked within the Early Childhood sector, to join our highly regarded Lady Gowrie team as an Operations Administrator for our Kindergarten Team.
In this role, you will be operations administration support for Lady Gowrie Branch and Affiliate Kindergartens and will provide day-to-day support to the Kindergartens and the Operations team. As part of the Central Governing Body (CGB), this is a full-time 12-month contract role working in our Central Office located at Bowen Hills.

About you, the skills and experience required for this role may include:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of the education and care services industry and relevant legislation is highly desirable, including National Quality Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Funding
Demonstrate a “can-do” work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to a diverse range of personalities and support scenarios
Proactive approach to troubleshooting and promptly resolving support issues
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Maintain a strong positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and meet deadlines
A valid Blue Card
